Occasionally a family finds itself dealing with a crisis. Whether it's the birth of a new baby, or a serious illness in the family, help from friends can make the difference between sanity and chaos.
The Durham Mothers Club maintains a list of members who are willing to help out in these situations: by delivering a meal, doing laundry, taking care of the garden or whatever.
Need an Angel?
A DMC member in need can simply contact the coordinator (or ask a playgroup member to do it), and angels will descend.
