Inclement weather policy

For DMC events held indoors, the club follows the Durham Public Schools closing policy. If Durham Public Schools are closed, our event is cancelled as well.

If a playdate is scheduled outdoors and it rains, or the ground is wet and unsuitable for toddler play, we will postpone the playdate to the same time and place, only one week later. If the rain date also has damp or wet conditions, we will cancel the playdate for that month. When in doubt, please check your email before leaving the house.

Why So Few Details?

To protect our members and their children, we do not publish complete details of DMC events on our website. Members receive announcements of events from our YahooGroup, and the contact person for each event can provide details to prospective members.
